This formula consists of the Taoist practice of Dah Kan Li (Ta Kan Li). Here too, the inversion of yin and yang is applied, but through this technique the energy drawn into the body is greatly increased. At this level, the blending, transformation and harmonisation of the energy in the solar plexus (which could roughly correspond to the Manipura Chakra) is carried out. The increase in power results from the fact that the second formula draws yin and yang energy from the body itself, while the third formula draws power directly from heaven (above) and from earth (earth conduction - corresponding to yang and yin) and adds these
elemental forces to those of the body. In fact, power can be drawn from any energy source, such as the moon, a forest, the earth, light, etc.
